Job Summary
Seacoast Tree Care, LLC is seeking a Sales Representative. At Seacoast Tree Care we're dedicating to restoring, maintaining and conserving diverse landscapes throughout New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts. Applicant must have high personal standards for themselves and the company they work for and be comfortable working with the Seacoast Tree Care team to achieve the company’s goals.
Hours: 40-50/week across five days. Nights and weekends as applicable. Response to emergency events required.

Responsibilities and Duties
Applicant will have a variety of responsibilities and duties including, but not limited to:
- Promoting the vision and attitude of Seacoast Tree Care—cutting edge arboriculture for the Seacoast.
- Organizing and carrying out selling, supervising and paper-work time.
- Sell to existing clients, warm leads, client referrals, marketing campaigns and strategic partners.
- Estimate job costs and quotes to clients and prospective clients.
- Supervise work performed, checking crews and completed jobs for client satisfaction.
- Assist in handling complaints with clients according to company policy and collecting delinquent accounts.
- Correspond with clients and client employees to maintain good client relationships, along with maintaining good trade relations with those in allied businesses.
- Provide marketing input.
- Give talks before garden clubs, community groups or other allied organizations to promote good will and sales within reason.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions set up by company management.
- Assist in recruiting.
- Meet sales goals provided.
Qualifications and Skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to get along well with others.
- Attentiveness and strong listening skills.
- Familiarity with and/or experience in tree care.
- Must have a safety first mindset.
- Must be willing to act as an advocate of STC's mindset, goals and attitude.
